How Can We Assist?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Your satisfaction is Important to us, if you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product for refund. 

The credit that you receive on your refund will apply only to the purchase price of the product(s); shipping, processing and insurance fees will not be refunded. 

 

We Don't Offer Returns On

-Products that have been opened and cannot be put back into original packaging

-Clothing that appears to have been worn/altered Tag removed or has been washed

-Food items

-Lip balm

-Custom orders that have been personalized for you

-Clearance, Final Sale items. All of these Items will be marked on invoice. 
 

All returns are shipped back to us at your own cost to Vancouver, BC . 

Items must be packaged securely so that they arrive to us in the same condition as it was received.
You must include the fully filled out return form in the box. Any returns received that are missing information or have products that are damaged will not be processed.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Unfortunately, we do not accept gift cards at this time.

We accept Credit Card and Etransfer. (please contact us to place your order and pay by etransfer)
